RAIN FOREST LODGE
The Rainforest Lodge is an ecolodge and provides the services of GeoLodges Uganda.
The Rainforest Lodge Mabira has the peace and calm of an equatorial hardwood rainforest. It has its own microclimate and changes quickly. Days are warm, evenings can be quite chilly.
Accommodation
The Lodge was built using local and onsite materials to create a stunningly unique atmosphere for visitors so as to appreciate the beauty and magnificence of the Mabira Forest Reserve.
There are seven double rooms and five twin rooms. The rooms are ensuite, with luggage racks, comfortable seating areas, balconies overlooking the forest, and windows that provide a 180 degree view of the forest. The temperatures in the rooms are controlled by natural climate of the forest.
